Pankaj- Manager TPM: I have started my carrier as TPM coordinator from July-2010 in MECI, Here I am working with JMAC consultant Mr. Atsushi Terada who is well know in US and JAPAN as TPM & Lean consultant. I got the 05 pillars( AM, FI, QM initial, E&T and PM) kicked off for Three shops (Machine shop Valve Tappet, Machine shop Cam Shaft and Cast iron Foundry of Chill and SG Iron)Eralier I have worked in Projects and enginerring(2.5 year), production Engineering(1.5 year)and Product development engineering(01 Year)
